Tureniec Rules EPT Copenhagen

Swede Michael Tureniec leads the final 73 at EPT Copenhagen. After his so-called off year in 2010, 2008 EPT London runner-up Tureniec appears to be returning to play hard again. The Swede managed to create a big chip lead as the EPT Copenhagen field was carved down from 262 to 73 on the event’s second day Wednesday.

After a promising earning in 2008, Tureniec posted a little below $500k in tournament scores in 2009. Then last year he practically disappeared in the map, booking under $200k in earnings from two scores at an Aussie Millions and EPT Barcelona side event.

JP Kelly, Cross-Atlantic WSOP bracelet winner and Team PokerStars Pro appear to be his biggest danger in Copenhagen this week, currently sitting fourth. Code Titan Poker gives players the best online poker bonus to date.

The 64-player money bubble should start early on Day 4 Thursday. EPT Copenhagen attracted 449 players to the Danish capital creating a 15,086,400 DKK (€2,023,496) prize pool with a first prize of 3,700,000 DKK (€496,271). For more info about Titan Poker check out Titan Poker Review today.
